Improv-comedy isn't just for clubs anymore.

IMPROVeConnections uses the tenets of improvisation to provide the perfect tools for staff development and resilience in the workplace and wherever people need to connect with each other. Great improv is built on teamwork and the ability to bounce back. Without them, everything falls apart. The same can be said for any business, too. But here's the rub - when it happens on stage you know it immediately; in the office, you might not notice until it’s too late and the damage to your team is already done.

The most important things in any improv scene are listening and building upon others’ ideas. We call this “Yes, and” and we achieve it by taking the focus off ourselves in order to be in the moment and make the other guy look good. This different way of approaching our work fosters greater collaboration, a positive atmosphere, and increased trust. It's about cooperation and connection; communication and collaboration; confidence and conviction. It can work in your environment and best of all, it's fun!
